SEBASTIEN’S QUILT BLOCKS
One more post about the group quilt for baby Sebastien! I wanted to post each of the individual blocks that made up the quilt so that you can take a closer look at each one. They are each incredible on their own.
p.s. Everyone is absolutely enamored with the Fox block. Katrina bought a paper piecing pattern for this block from SchenleyP on etsy, so you can make this block too!

After seeing this incredibly gorgeous quilt in person, I can only say that you girls GOT ME! I did not really think I would fall so hard for wanting to learn how to do patchwork… but it happened!
Now anxiously waiting to see when a new ‘Intro to Hand Work’ or ‘Machine Foundation Paper Piecing’ or similar class is offered at the shop!!!
Thanks for the fox info! That etsy site has amazing patterns. The bear! The red panda! The deer! Oh my. Now I just need to learn how to paper piece…so how about a class over the winter Karyn? 🙂
Love ’em all! Can’t even pick a favorite!
What a lovely idea! And it turned out gorgeous!!!
Amazing idea, great colour scheme. I am in love with the variety of patches and the cohesiveness of the the sum of them!
That fox block is amazing! All the blocks turned out so well.
I’ve pinned the fox block to my “Quilty Goodness” board on Pinterest. Feel free to follow me if you’d like: http://pinterest.com/lipglass/quilty-goodness/
